For owners evaluating AI across a growing business, Veritas offers an established governance and work framework through a monthly license. Other commercial arrangements remain available below.

Choose the scope that fits your operations

Priced for breadth, not to undercut a single-function tool: Veritas spans legal, finance, bookkeeping, compliance, and operations together, and accelerates that work rather than replacing the professional who signs off on it. A business function is an agreed area — finance operations, sales operations, customer service — with its workflows, integrations, and acceptance criteria written into scope before work begins. Company revenue alone does not determine your plan.

Beta pricing — now open

We're taking on beta clients now. Every published monthly platform fee below is 50% off for as long as you're on beta terms — the tradeoff is you're an early deployment, not a mature one, and beta rates won't last once we move to general availability. Implementation is negotiable during beta contracts.

Managed Enterprise

For organizations seeking ongoing operational support — scoped monitoring, maintenance, evaluation, and improvement, performed by our team, for the platform scope in your proposal. From $25,000/mo (beta: from $12,500/mo) — implementation fee is negotiable during beta contracts.

Implementation is separate from the monthly fee and reflects the real work of scoping and standing up your deployment. AI usage, third-party subscriptions, and dedicated infrastructure are budgeted separately. Contract term and support commitments are set in your proposal.

How It's Structured

Four modes, low to high

01

Pre-revenue & startup

For a business with no revenue yet, we don't ask for a license fee you can't pay. Terms are structured as an equity partnership — the same model behind our own portfolio-company arrangements, not a hypothetical. Structured individually — talk to us.

02

Small business

Once there's real, if modest, revenue, pricing shifts to a share of revenue rather than equity or a flat fee. It scales naturally with the business — you're not carrying a fixed cost before the system has had the chance to prove its value. Structured individually — talk to us.

03

Growth & established — roughly $5M to $100M in revenue

Published, scope-based tiers — priced by how many business functions you deploy, not by revenue band alone. This is the tier with published numbers, below, including current beta pricing.

04

Enterprise

Scoped and priced individually. Reach out and we'll work through it directly.

An Alternative, At Any Size

Prefer to pay from what you save?

A flat monthly fee isn't the only option, at any revenue level — including above $5M. If a fixed cost isn't the right fit for where your business is right now, revenue-share is a standing offer, not just a small-business mechanism.

Talk to us

Structured individually, case by case — no published percentage, because the right structure depends on your situation. Reach out and we'll walk through what that could look like for you.

For Nonprofits

Registered 501(c)(3) organizations

Registered 501(c)(3) organizations are billed at 50% of the standard rate for their tier — flat, no exceptions, no application review.

The Fine Print

What licensing actually includes

A license grants use of the core system — not a live connection into how Albee Holdings runs its own business, and not a claim on yours. Ownership of the system stays with Albee Holdings; your business data and confidential information stay yours, always. Full terms: Veritas Workstation License & Learning-Contribution Agreement, worth reading before a conversation, not after. See also: what's actually included and how setup works.
