The decision in front of you
Adopting AI is a start. Operating with it is the next step.
For an owner leading a $50–100M business, the question is practical: how do you make AI useful across the company while keeping responsibility, continuity, and control?
Keep assembling
Tools, prompts, and individual workflows.
Build capability one task at a time. Your team carries the work of connecting context, checking outputs, and keeping decisions consistent.
The operating structure is yours to create.
Commission a system
A custom build around your business.
Engage an engineering firm to design your AI infrastructure. Define the requirements, fund the build, and plan for its continuing maintenance.
A tailored approach with a project to manage.
License Veritas
An established framework to build on.
Start with governance, persistent records, and a structured work process already defined. Apply them to your business through a monthly license.
Defined permissions and escalation rules establish what may proceed and what needs a human decision.
02
Continuity across the work
Recorded context, decisions, and findings give later work an institutional history to draw from.
03
Evidence before confidence
Consequential claims can be examined against evidence, assumptions, and competing explanations.
04
A traceable outcome
Work Items connect the request, execution, review, and result in a record your business can revisit.
Look beyond the AI sales pitch
What level of capability are you actually buying?
Coordinating a team of agents is one capability. Governing what they may do is another. Our eight-stage AI maturity model gives you a way to discuss the difference.
Interaction, personal integration, and coordinated agents.
07
Governed autonomous operations
Defined permissions, escalation rules, and audit trails.
08
Intended autonomous operations
Preserving the underlying intent as circumstances change.
An operating framework. A monthly license.
You do not have to start from a blank page.
Veritas Workstation is the framework Albee Holdings uses in its own operations, made available to license for yours. Start the conversation with the business outcome you want to improve.
Start with a specific workflow and the decisions around it. The conversation should establish your intended outcome, who owns approval, what information the work needs, and where Veritas fits. Your professional team remains responsible for its decisions.
What does the monthly license include?
The license covers use of the core Veritas Workstation system. Commercial terms depend on your business and scope. Published pricing and the license agreement explain the current offering. AI-provider billing and integration needs should be discussed separately.
What do we need to get started?
The current setup uses Claude Code on your computer, connected to hosted Veritas governance and Work Item infrastructure. You will need an AI-provider account and the appropriate setup for your environment. See the setup details.
Can we understand the approach before committing?
Yes. Request a conversation about your business, your current AI use, and the work you want to improve. The AI maturity assessment offers a useful starting point for that discussion.
