What This Is
You already have a signed Veritas Workstation License Agreement (V3.1). That agreement stays exactly as signed and keeps governing your license — nothing about it changes, and your downloaded license package keeps working, whether or not you sign this addendum.
This addendum exists only because V4 adds one new thing your original agreement never covered: a hosted dashboard that stores a small amount of account information on Veritas Workstation's infrastructure instead of everything living solely on your own machine. Signing it authorizes exactly that, and nothing else in your existing agreement is reopened or renegotiated.
What Changes If You Sign

What Does Not Change
- You are not required to sign this or switch to V4. Staying on your existing V3.1 setup requires no action.
- Nothing here introduces a payment-suspension term, a new fee, or a new obligation beyond hosting the account information described above.
- You may ask Peter Albee to delete your hosted account data at any time; doing so simply means you'd go back to using your downloaded package without a dashboard login.
Signing
Signing this addendum electronically from your Dashboard is treated the same way your original agreement's electronic signature was — full legal name, timestamp, and IP address recorded against your account.
